Victoria Culpepper was the quintessential realtor. The pictures she took of each room showed a stately old home, She got them up on the internet as fast as she could and that was where our buyer saw it. It sold for only 5k less than the asking price, not enough to quibble about. She was very sensitive to the fact that I was selling my father's home and that there was a lot of emotion involved for me.
